Winter!!!

Winter has finally here! It is about time. This is probably one of the latest years it has ever snown. The first snowfall, this year, was in late November. For the past few years it has been in October. But the best thing about winter is Christmas and my Birthday. This year for Christmas i really want Guitar Hero 4. And for my birthday I want lots of money so I can buy lots of things. I also cant wait until the break so I can go Snow mobiling and Snowboarding. I also Trick Ski.

Term 1 Report Card

So far school is awesome. I actually think that grade 8 is easier than grade 7. In my report card
I got all A+'s in every subject. I also got 3's in all of the work habits. So overall I had a really great report card.

In term 2 I want to continue with my marks. I don't think it could get any better.

Grade Eight

Summer is over! School has come back, but this year I am in Grade Eight. My homeroom teacher is Mr. Wiebe. I think this year will be fun. It has been about a month and a half into school and it is easy so far. We have barely done any hard work. I think that grade seven was harder that grade eight. I hope it stays like this all year!!!!!!!!

Force and Motion

For our unit of science we are doing force and motion. We were to divide into groups of 4 and do a variety of activities about force and motion. We would document all of our work by using a camera, a laptop, and the good old-fashion paper and pencil. At the end we would make an erok (electronic representation of knowledge). I was basically doing most of the work. But now it's just 3 of us doing the work. All that Stephannie is doing is watching us. well she did make the friction erok but I don't thinks she was listening when we were actually doing the activities. French Presentation

Yesterday we had a french presentation. We had to go in partners and do a phone call in french. I think that my partner and I got a good mark because we had props and stuff. The teacher gave us a topic and we had to write a diologue for it then presentate it.

Math Test

Today we had a math test. I think that I did good because there was only 1 question that I didn't really understand, but I think that I got it right. I'm hoping that I got a good mark because I really want to get a gold honour roll. I also want to get the high achievement award but a gold is still nice.

King Tut

In our L.A. class we are doing mysteries. The mystery I decided to choose was King Tut. We had to make a video about him on photostory or movie maker. You can find mine on the homepage on my webstite.

French Project

We are also doing a french project that is due today. We got to go in partners, but I did most of the work. I did last night. We had to make a phone call conversation in French and English. Our teacher gave us a topic to talk about.

Science Project

Today we are making a presentation on the biodiversity in Saskatchewan. First we had to take a 1 meter square area from the field in our school and look at all of the plants and insects the live and grow in that area. We are making graphs and a slide show presentation.

Bad French Test

Dear Blog,

We had a french test a few days ago. I did pretty bad. I still got 83%, but that is bad for me. I will study more for the next test. We also have a science test coming up and I am nervous. I got 88% on the review, but I am hoping to get higher on the actual test.

Awesome Day of School!

Dear Blog,

Most peole don't find school to be fun or awesome, but yesterday was the best for me. We got our math tests back and I got 100%. We also got our report cards back a few weeks ago and I got 6 A+'s and 4 A's. My average was 90.4%. I am on the gold honour roll.
